Tracking flight time...

Recommended Posts

Morning all - and merry Christmas!!!!!

I've been looking on the forums but haven't been able to find an answer. Is there a place on the 777 where your T/O and landing times are recorded? Eg in the NG there is a function to pull up the T/O and landing times, I haven't been able to find so,pome thing similar on the 777. Just before brake release I hit the clock but on the glare shield but I haven't been able to figure out where to total elapsed time is recorded. Any tips????

Thanks in advance!!!!!!

Landing time is shown as the destination ETA on the PROGRESS PAGE during the whole flight. T/D will appear on the PROGRESS PAGE a couple of hundred miles from the start of descent. I don't think it appears any place else in the FMC. You could get an approximate time for T/D by going to the legs pages and see between what legs the descent starts from your final cruise altitude.

Thanks Michael,

So as I suspected it's up to the pilots to recorded their exact t/o and landing time. Perhaps in the real aircraft there is a way to get that info through ACARS. my problem is I always forget to record one of the times, either I'll forget t/o and record landing or vice versa.
