Quick Nvidia Inspector Question

Recommended Posts

Folks,

Happy holidays! Quick question, does Nvidia Inspector automatically run once installed and a profile created when launching FSX, or do I need to do something to get the profile to run when using FSX?

Thanks in advance for any answers!

Cheers,

Nvidia Inspector modifies profiles which are activated at the driver level, meaning you don't have to do anything once you configured your settings for a certain game / .exe file. The default profile for FSX is under "MS Flight Simulator X", so as long as you've made your changes to that profile, they will be in effect every time you run FSX.  Hope that helps!

Thanks, sure does! My FSX install is on a different drive than my OS, do I need to account for that?

Nope, the driver only looks at the name of the .exe that is running, regardless of where it is located on your drives.  Good question though!
