I've been having this problem for a while. If I slowly start to decrease power, all of a sudden, the power will jump to almost full power. Even at idle, it will jump to life.

 

Any ideas? Kinda think it's something to do with FSUIPC....

3 posibilities - calibration, wiring problems, dust. The last is most common.

 

If you don't have some wire break, you probably have some spikes becouse of dust. Take a look on second video and see if you have spikes like there. 

 

Try to recalibrate all axes via windows "game controler", and set some deadzones for all axes.
