after istalling DX10 fixer  i don't have water in the coast , is like other scenare

You have the scenery ordering wrong somewhere, Moti. One of them is too high in priority, and is forcing FSX to load it on top of the scenery you need to see.

 

This is quite common - but has no relationship with the DX10 Scenery Fixer. Download and run this Scenery Editor, and check for errors - ok!
