Bought the 777, now what?

Right, a bit frustrated here

 

I bought the 777 with my paypal account from the PMDG store, apparently logged in as me, there has been no e-mail of confirmation, I cannot log in to the store (whenever I try to the message "you do not have proper permissions to view this order" appears?) and yet the money has been withdrawn from my account!

 

Can anyone help me here?

Did you had an Store Account before you bought the 777 or did you used that "Guest" feature with paypal login ? If the 2nd, you must reset your password (eMail Adress is the same as your paypal eMail Adress) and use the new password to logon. After this, you can Download the 777 fine (i had the same issue when I bought the 777;)).

I suggest you raise a Support Desk ticket explaining your difficulties. It can be accessed from the PMDG website.

That's more likely due to refreshing the page when the error comes up.

It happens when you get an error message after posting your topic. He may have refreshed the page multiple times to multiple errors (not knowing that his topic has actually been posted every time). Not really his fault if he didn't know the forum's quirks..
