Thanks for your kind comments. I hope the settings continue to work. They have worked for many members and that makes me happy.

Best regards,

One extra question firehawk, if I may.  I have FSX on a dedicated SSD.  Does that entail any sort of "different" or "extra" settings in any way?  Thanks in advance for your response.

SSD's are best for FSX as they make things load up faster and they don't need to be defragged. Other than that, they operate similar to a HDD. If you ever installed FSX and FSX addon's on a HDD, you will soon discover that the files are thrown all over the HDD in no logical order and the HDD's need to be frequently defragged. Not so with SSD's and the only thing you must not do with an SSD is to defrag it. I bought another program called Tweak-SSD which I use to improve performance, reliability and lifespan of my SSD. Probably not really needed but it's a cheap program to make sure it is working at its optimum.

Day two or three or four, losing track.  FSX is still stable as can be.  People, just follow the steps.  Very basic and neat stuff.  Firehawk knows what he is talking about.  In the earlier posts, I only posted my specs in case someone similar had issues.
