January 15, 201412 yr Let's see who is the first one to ID all seven correctly. Must have the full model number as in XLS or XLS+. Make sure you are looking at the full width of the photo. Regards, Ray When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .

Regards, Ray Nice one Ray. I tried; but I guess I don't know the Citations so well after all. The variations seem very subtle even after looking at the Cessna website. January 16, 201412 yr Author Nice one Ray. I tried; but I guess I don't know the Citations so well after all. The variations seem very subtle even after looking at the Cessna website. Jesse Good to hear from you. So what are your guesses so far? I'm thinking the choices are Citation X, Sovereign+, XLS+, CJ2+, CJ3, CJ4 and Mustang. BTW I added the full photo in another thread with single engine and Turbos. Maybe you can try that one also. http://forum.avsim.net/topic/432259-expanded-view-to-include-single-engine-cessna-fleet/?p=2906474 Ray Nice one Ray. I tried; but I guess I don't know the Citations so well after all. The variations seem very subtle even after looking at the Cessna website. Jesse Yes, they are all quite similar and most are just a mix of existing wings, tails, cut-off cabins etc. Cessna's Citation success is based on cut-n-paste of what they have vs what the customers would buy. The most prominent differences seems to be either a T-tail or not, swept wings or straight wings, and the number of windows or cabin size. Everything else is practically the same. January 16, 201412 yr Author Theres an X and the new Ten too right? Sovereign, Mustang, CJ4, CJ3 and CJ2 I don't think the new Ten and the X are both there. The back middle is one or the other - almost no changes to the exterior for the upgrade. I also think one is the XLS+ with the modern nose job. (stolen from the Sovereign along with most of the other XLS+ upgrades) Ray When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .

Edit: other than the X and mustang, I can see the type on the engine cowlings, or deduce it from the registration, so I won't play hehe

January 16, 201412 yr Excellent. I was thinking there were 3+s is the photo. The XLS+, the CJ2+ and the Sovereign+. Regards, Ray I think it is just a Sovereign. The tail number is 682CS which is listed as a 2002 model. Plus (ha), doesn't the Sovereign+ have the small winglets?
January 16, 201412 yr Author I think it is just a Sovereign. The tail number is 682CS which is listed as a 2002 model. Plus (ha), doesn't the Sovereign+ have the small winglets? Yep, the Sovereign+ has the mini-winglets - tips turned up slightly. See photo. OK you win. You get to select your prize from a list that I haven't made just yet. Regards, Ray When Pigs Fly . January 17, 201412 yr Author Maybe ESDG will jump on it for you. I would love to see a few more Citations in FSX and a Sovereign+ is near the top of the list. Actually any Citation with a + attached will do just fine. Ray When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .
January 17, 201412 yr Actually any Citation with a + attached will do just fine. Ray We always look at what's doable and some projects cancel themselves out as Systems and Avionics challenges become too great to overcome for entertainment titles to be viable. We can't just spit these things out on cue given the need for fidelity to the real thing. B)
January 17, 201412 yr I want to say B is a Citation X....that's all I know, unfortunately.... Captain Kevin Air Kevin 124 heavy, wind calm, runway 4 left, cleared for take-off. Live streams of my flights here.
