Ok started at Cold and Darkl. Applied external power.

 

Go to doors page 1 is says

 

ARMED                    ARMED

OPEN                       ARMED

ARMED                   ARMED

ARMED                   ARMED

 

Page two

 

All closed

 

They used to work OK, no nothing

 

Any ideas

Same here! Just randomly stopped working. People are saying it's to do with a GSX update, although I can't confirm it.

Same here,  just started doing it last night.  I ignored the GSX update though

Uninstalled GSX, still doing it. Can't be GSX.

This happened to me about a month and a half ago - but only to the British Airways aircraft. All other liveries work fine.

 

You can push the close door button to your hearts content and it will never close.

Here's what I did

 

1. Uninstall GSX

2. Re downloaded and install GSX

3. From PMDG >PMDG 777X > PanelState remove ALL files except :

 

777 CLDDRK.fmc

777 CLDDRK

777LONG.fmc

777 LONG

777 SHORT.fmc

777 SHORT

 

now have doors working again.  How long for not sure

Well, that didn't last long!!

 

Open two door plus to cargo, then the doors that were closed and disarmed  suddenly go to 'arm'  and that's it...no more doors!!

do you use FSINN for VATSIM by any chance, Clive?

happens to me also. Use GSX but I dont know if its that.  I dont remeber it happening before but Im mostly flying the 737 untill the 777 update comes (far to many out of memory issues for me lol)

We think we've found the likely cause of this for SP1. Not entirely certain though because we can't duplicate the problem here ourselves. Try after SP1 and if it's still not fixed we'll get on it again.

I did a few more tests last night.  This time started at a Ramp and not a Gate with a 777F, no problems at all. GSX worked as normal as did all the doors. Sat there opening and closing them...lol!!

 

I then swapped aircraft to a 777 Pax, again no problems.

 

So is this issue airport specific and even gate specific I'm wondering.   The problem I had was at EGCC(Gate 12).  No problems at Ramp 65.

 I use SB  why you ask?

No problem here using the doors  at egcc  at gate 12 so must be  a liverly specific, which one   did you use  see if I can reproduce it using the same  as yours, and yes I got  gsx  as well  so no problem with gsx being installed

Tried  the British Airways had no problems either so guess back to square 1,  unless your using  another scenery or airport package  for egcc
