February 9, 201412 yr Got around to installing Xgauge into the VC panel of the Milviz Cessna 310. I'm running a networked configuration of ASN, and am pleased to report everything worked great (and looked great) with the Xgauge in the virtual cockpit. However, for convenvience, I also like to have a 2D popup window so I don't have to crane my virtual head, and for ease of pressing the buttons. So I made a [Window] entry for that also, and it worked fine except for one thing: I expected the 2D popup to be in synchronization with the one on the VC panel...i.e. You push a button on the 2D popup panel, and the expected result happens on the VC panel too. In my experience this is how most gauges, 3rd party or otherwise, I've ever installed into a panel tend to work, for as long as I can remember, but the ASN Xgauge didn't work this way. The 2D popup and the one on the VC seemed to work independent of each other. It's been a while since I've fooled around with panel config files, but I don't think I've done anything wrong. So my question to Hi Fi, is there anything special that needs to be done here, or an issue that could be fixed in a future version?
