Saitek Throttle and A/T ARM Switches

Good Day all,

 

 

I have been a few problems that if I want to roll after the push, does not accept thrust when I have the A / T ARM switch on arm. I need to turn off those first, then it works, the only off then turn on again after take off, otherwise I can not start. After take off I keep the back and then by the autopilot automatically assigned to the thrust.
