Update for Dreamfleet cessna 310 now available!!

Recommended Posts

At long last - and it was worth waiting for! The dynamic shine has transformed the exterior model of this a/c. I was always a little disappointed with it -- but now it is great . Other extras too like clickable window visors in the VC , etc -- but the shine is the best part.Barry

Maybe I'm dim, but I get this Kafka feeling when I look for it. Not in the Flight1 support dropdown list, and Dreamfleet link sends me back to Flight1, and nothing on the forum (whereever that is). Link please?brEagle

They have also released a similar improvement pack for the C177 - well worth installing if you have this model.

Anyone Else having problems after the update?I updated the 177, and now my downloaded repaints don't work. Not the first time their alleged updates had problems, IMHO.Isn't this a nice update?Regards,Sonar5What every repaint Currently Looks like:http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/104349.jpgJOIN The AVSIM RTW RACE FLIGHT TEAM****************Grab My FREEWARE Cessna 172 Voice recognition Profile here:[a href=http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?CatID=fs2004misc&DLID=58334]Cessna 172 Voice Profile[/a].You will need the main FREEWARE Flight Assistant program to use it, get it here:[a href=http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?CatID=genutils&DLID=39661]Flight Assistant 2.2[/a]

Well updated my 310 and can't see much difference. Maybe we need some new repaints to take advantage of the dynamic shine?Anyone solved the problem of the 310 yawing all over the place on takeoff and in the air? I tried a fix I found when searching these forums but it has made little difference. Makes an otherwise nice aeroplane rather difficult to fly.Adam

I love the Flight 1 Cessna 310. But I've always had a problem with the viewpoint seeming to "crab" all the time. Whether you're taking off or landing, the viewpoint doesn't seem correct. It seems to require excessive rudder to attempt correction, but it still doesn't feel right. Any suggestions, or is there a FIX for this condition?

Then check in aircraft.cfg for all the aircraft having texture=nameoftexture ...

Try setting the fuel load in the outboard tanks to zero and the passenger load even left and right (i.e. dump the third 135 lb person). You'll find the plane much easier to fly all of a sudden!
