Also where r the switches 4 radios.

 

There is a tutorial to help you get familiarized with where everything is.  That's your best bet because it includes pictures of what everything is and how to interact with it.

 

The intro manual also explains how to change all of the sound settings properly.

I agree with scandinavian13 in that an addon this complex and expansive, it makes the most sence to read through the different manuals\tutorials, or at the very least the quick start guide.

 

But the quick and simple answer is that the radios are on the console below the throttle, COM1 and NAV1 on the pilots side, and COM2 and NAV 2 on the FO side. They work like most radios of the same nature. The 2 leveled knob tunes the freq. for the standby side, then you hit the button between the displays (the swap button) to make it the active freq. To adjust the volume, there is a panel further down the centre console that has the mic select buttons (a bunch of black square buttons in a row with usually COM1 lit), and the volume are the little circular white buttons underneath, and you just rotate them to turn up/down the sound of the selected device. This is also where you can turn the sound on for your NAV radios and your rwy markers
