Terrain around the airport

Hi to all!

I wanna ask if someone can help me with the following :

 

I want to change the terrain just around the boarders of the airport and to delete the terrain showed with the red arrow, in order to be covered/replaced with the terrain showed with blue arrow.

 

Of couse, I have installed FSX SDK SP2 and ADE (Airport Design Editor). Can anyone help me?

Create a polygon using Exclude Airport Background, then if you want, use another polygon to flatten the airport and another for the landclass. Essentially what you're doing is removing the old airport's flatness and replacing it.
