[help] About scenery library order

Recommended Posts

hello everybody,

i've searched an read a lot about this, but i still didn't get my own idea.

i kindly ask if someone could help me with my library order.

I have installed:

MyTraffic X

SceneryTech world landclasses

Orbx Ftx Global

Orbx Ftx Vector

FS Global Utlimate meshes

Some airports and scenery addons

Please, could someone tell me if everything is in the right place?

Here is a screenshot of my library.

I would have installed in this order:

1 MyTraffic X

2 Some airports and scenery addons

3 SceneryTech world landclasses

4 Orbx Ftx Global

5 Orbx Ftx Vector

6 SceneryTech world landclasses

7 FS Global Utlimate meshes

Not sure whether this is correct though. However, FSX seems far less fussy about scenery library priority than it's predecessors in my experience.

I'd put MTX just above the default sceneries (i.e. very low priority) in order to prevent issues with addon airports.

True. Let me check when I get back home but MyTraffic has its bgl files and MUST be below any airport addons.
