"Last week", as in, the past weekend? I don't think they're monitoring those systems over the weekend, or are they?

In any case, check your spam folder too. (Also, don't forget to account for time zones, it's still rather "early" on Monday in the US.)

Am Freitag morgen ( in Europa ), also genug Zeit zu reagieren. PMDG schreibt ja selbst: 24 Stunden, maximal 48 Stunden. Nun sind wir deutlich drüber.

Sorry, in english:

On Friday morning (in Europe), so enough time to react. PMDG writes even 24 hours, maximum 48 hours. Now we are clear about it.

Why didn't you just burn it to a DVD?

support.precisionmanuals.com is the proper avenue to go through.  It's up.  I just checked on my phone (can't get to it from my work computer).

Additionally, even if they see your post here, they'll need to see your first and last name in your posts to be able to verify the order in their system (it's also a forum rule - partially for that reason).

While I agree, it's not too entirely helpful after the fact...

Wochenende ist Wochenende. Selbst in den USA.

English:

Week-end is week-end. Even in the USA.

It's around noon there right now. So give them the benefit of the doubt and a little more of your patience. Even if it might be inconvenient. There is no conspiracy behind this. :)

Guys,

We clear tickets out multiple times a day, usually including weekends. There's no way a simple re-download ticket sat for a week. Either his ticket didn't actually submit properly or something messed up with it in the system. Since he failed to sign his name I can't even look it up to see right now.
