Ultra-Res Atlanta and Florida MSE 2.0

Featured Replies

Hi,

In the title, read Ultra-Res Atlanta and Georgia (not Florida) MSE 2.0. Sorry.

These files can be removed from MSE 2.0 Georgia scenery if MSE 2.0 textures come over Ultra-Res textures on some places when both are activated in the library :

(I put them in a separated file which I activate in the library when UR is not activated and vice versa)

Windows 11 | i7-14700KF | DDR5-64Go | RTX-4070 Super | 1440p 32" curved screen | G903

Thanks so much doudou!

PCAviator, given the marketing material that says that we can buy the Ultra Res Cities and they are fine installed with the MSE 2.0 state packages, and the fact that it doesn't appear to be the case, can you assist?

Could the installer by modified to look for the state (or vice versa) when installing the city, and disabling the overlapping files?

If not, could a utility be developed to allow you to disable or enable the overlapping files?

If not, could you at least confirm the overlapping files, and when a new package comes out, make that information available in a release notes or other place?

I love Megascenery and have been buying it since 2004, but the support has always been just downright awful. No response or no help is the norm. I know the developer is in Australia and the publisher is here in the US, but there has to be a way to provide needed patches and support.
