Normal to not have a support response after 7 days?

Hello,

 

I submitted a ticket last week to the PMDG support team to request a license reset via the ticket system on their website. It's been a whole week now without receiving a single response from them. Is this normal? I have a friend who got a reply just one day after submitting a ticket regarding the same matter.

I'm not sure I understand. This are all the options I see when I log into my PMDG account. If I click 'Contact Us' it shows the form to submit another ticket...

first your in the wrong  page you actually got  to sign in the support  log in page not your  account page 2 different  areas of   support.

 this is what I get  when I sign in the correct page

glad  I got you in the right direction  forgot to mention it  in the last post  did you check your spam folder at all? is another thing to check

Absolutely not - most tickets are answered within 6-12 hours here. I definitely do not see any in the system that are waiting for 7 days right now.

Yes I see what I was doing wrong. I tried to contact via the old "Contact Us" on the account page. Now I submitted a ticket in the proper way through the support center. Sorry for the trouble.
