FS2002: heading deviation question

at the moment, I have my PSS 747-400 parket at the famous Kai Tak airport in order to train the checker board approach. Lining up rwy 13, my EHSI indicates 170 instead of 130. When I hit shift-Z, MS gives the same read out of 170. But a external flight planner (NAV3) shows the correct heading of 130 in MAP mode. What
