Ariane Download Question

Hello,I am trying to download a NEW purchase of the Ariane 737. I got an email with a link and when I try to download the files on the link (it looks like 4 of them) I get files named the same "BOEING" which are not either zips or executables. After my attempt - the link has been "DISABLED" at the Ariane end. I emaoled them but so far have no response.I know I am doing something wrong here - can anyone who has this product please help?Thanks,Ron Sagel

Ron,If you say you got an email, I assume you are reffering to the mail with the receipt.Did you save the receipt you got after paing for the aircraft? If so, go there and note down the receiptnr and the credit card transaction code. The surf to the website and find the link to the 'view old receopts' page. Fill in the codes and you should be able to download your aircraft.Please make sure you got ALL files(four or five links should be available).If you can't get to your downloads, keep pestering the support. They need some pestering and their replies are not always polite but keep trying. Thanks for the info -The problem is that the site reports that the RECEIPT HAS BEEN DISABLED!I cannot get to the download! When I first did, I got some strange downloads - non of which are zips or executables that I can make out!I will continue to "pester" them via email.Thanks,Ron Sagel

Hello,After two days of trying to get to the vendors of this product via numerious emails, all of which went unanswered, I sent an email cancelling the order. Since the credit card account was only approved but, as yet, uncharged, I assume that this is all I will need. I have informed the credit card company of the transaction.At a cost of almost $100 (USD), I am quite shocked at the lack of response from Ariane. The web site is a work of art but, so far, the response is nil.Oh well, back to flying my PMDG 737's!!!Disappointed but smarter............Ron Sagel
