I have been banned from Aerosoft forums and my posts cancelled because I had commented that there is not yet a single screenshot nor any information about the close to be released (after many years of development) CRJ900 systems, only exterior screenshots with liveries (which tell me ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the airplane) and because I was surprised that nothing is yet known about an FSX sceney that in february 2013 was due to be released "soon" (after being incredibly released only for FS9).

Aerosoft, you will not get my money if you don't accept criticism, above all when it is directed to things NOT REAL that you say, and that deceive your customers!

The reason you got banned was obvious and a matter of time as ranting and trolling isn't allowed on any forum. Your questions were answered, if not already there as they were asked by others, but you just wouldn't listen and kept on trying to state your opinion. You were asked to stop doing so in a respectfull way but clearly didn't wanna go that way. People/customers over at the Aerosoft forums are always allowed to have critisism but in a way that it's fair and with respect. The announcement is as clear as mountain ice water:

The blue statement above absolutely does NOT apply, because I was not  asking for more images, details, etc., I was just wondering why, in all this time, there has been no information about the systems! You don't have to share anything about that? So this mean that systems are not yet implemented??

 

The statement about Rome incorrect?? Now tell me that it is not true that when the FS9 scenery was released, in February 2013, Aerosoft stated "FSX version soon"!!

Sorry to hear, but if you spent any time there before starting the posts you referred to then you had to anticipate that would happen there more rapidly than anywhere else.

 

Why are you so concerned about their planned CRJ?  Have you prepaid for it?

I've had my share of fun with the non-release of the DA CRJ (will there be a Virtual Cockpit this time? :lol:), as well as I have participated in the Rome addon discussions.

 

Aerosoft haven't banned me (yet ).

You are asking for more details, OF COURSE it applies. Sounds like you were banned because you couldn't understand that, then created an account here and your first two posts are to bash another vendor. Then when people point out what you have done wrong here you say it doesn't apply to you... Anyone see a pattern here?

No, I am not concerned, I was just thinking that after 62 pages in the preview topic, with a cold and dark cockpit screenshot and the rest only liveries, we could have some more information also about the systems, given that it's the most important side of an aircraft...

As a developer, I'll happily accept constructive criticism. But, want I don't like (and I hate it on other forums) is people thinking they are entitled to complain and b***h about a program or a company. Especially, if, in my case, the product is free. I have already received a few nasty emails from people about World2XPlane, complaining it's too hard to use, or their town is empty and TBH, I owe them nothing and just find it discouraging.

But you don't think that is applicable to you, continue to deny you were doing exactly what Aerosoft (and all other developers) ask you not too and feel they OWE you an update...

Because they haven't given you what you think is a fair amount of info on a product you haven't paid for you feel it's ok to criticize them for that? Seems a bit childish. If you purchased a product and wanted support maybe you would have better luck being critical. Sounds like your wording or frequency might have annoyed them , much like how you are annoyed about a product you don't own.
