Failed to validate my product

I have purchased the 747-400X online:

 

Payment Status: Pending

This order has been processed

Date Processed: 3/29/2014

   

But during the installation, I still failed to validate my product. I have no idea what's wrong with my system. 

 

Can you guys in this forum give me any suggestion?

I think you need to send a support ticket to PMDG to solve this problem.

I'm am also suffering this problem. I have sent a ticket but, as always, they're in bed because they're on the other side of the world from me.

 

bring on PMDG UK support!
