FSX crashes only at Lisbon Airport and only when changing the world time to DAY

Hello Guys

 

Recently im exprencing a crash that had start from the moment i install the FS Real Time for the first time, witch consist in every time i load na aircraft at Lisbon Airport and change the time in the World Option os the FS Menu to, Day Time, the Fs crashes.

 Now, the most anoying thing is that if load the the aicraft in any other time then Day Time ( Night, Dusk or Down) the Fs doesen´t crash.

 I´ve uninstall the Mega Lisbon Airport by Aerosoft and the Fs Real time but this bug still remain there even with the default Lisbon aiport.
 This is the only airport that this happen and only at Day Time.

 

Does anyone exprencing this thing or have a solution to fix it?

You should download and run AppCrashView and post the results of the latest crash here.  The link to the AppCrashView is on page 1 of the AVSIM CTD Guide located to the right of this forum under Hot Spots.  I have never heard of FS Real Time causing any crashes.  The FSUIPC module has the ability to set real time too but that should be turned off as it is known to cause some problems.  Just telling you this as it could be a conflict.

So the faulting module was the ntdll.dll which indicates your fsx settings are too high or, if you have MyTrafficX 5.4c, that program has caused this type of crash.  You need to go back to 5.4b or go to the developer's website and download the fix (the fix did not work for me so I'm keeping 5.4b).  A bad tweak in your Fsx.cfg will also cause this type of crash.

 

I would remove the uiautomationcore.dll from your main fsx folder and place it in a temporary directory as it obviously did not prevent this crash.  It could do more harm than good.

 

Make sure you have Windows Update turned on and you are updating Windows.  My version of Windows 7 is:

 

6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 and yours is

6.1.7601.2.1.0 256.1

 

You do have the latest version of the ntdll.dll installed.

 

You have the proper versions of Microsoft Visual C++2005 w/SP1 and 2010 installed and they were loaded.  Most applications also require Microsoft Visual 2008 and that program did not load.  Make sure it is installed in your Add/Remove Programs file (the 32 bit version; not the 64 bit version).

Hello Again
 Tks for your help, i did every thing you said and it did not work out, i know i don have the My TrafficX install, i removed the uiautomationcore.dll, i update the Windows and i install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 32bit dont know if is that one.
 Now, i saw on my Add/remove programs 4 types of this Microsoft visual i would send a pic but dont know how to load it in here.
  I really would like to find out what is this bug.

The AVSIM CTD Guide, located to the right of this forum under Hot Spots, has information about Microsoft Visuals and also Microsoft.net framework packages which are required to make FSX and FSX addons run.  You should have Microsoft Visual 2005, 2008, and 2010 installed (all 32 bit versions).

 

I did some searching on Google for you to find any connection with FS RealTime and other programs and could find no problems. 

 

As indicated in the AVSIM CTD Guide, there are several things you can do to investigate the crashes yourself.  One is renaming your Fsx.cfg to Fsx.orig, restarting FSX and letting the config rebuild.  This fixes many problems as a lot of people place bad tweaks in their Fsx.cfg.  If that doesn't fix the problem then you can go back and rename Fsx.orig back to Fsx.cfg.

 

The actions you took in your original post indicate memory starvation.  It happens a lot with FSX when moving around in the menu system and it gets worse the more you try to fix the issue.  This indicates to me very high FSX settings and/or display driver settings.  If you have a lot of photoscenery loading or even high detailed commercial addon scenery, this takes up an enormous amount of memory resources until everything is loaded.  This is why I recommend you only load the scenery you will be using during your flight and disable all of the other addons in your Scenery Library.

Thats perfect now, i try all the things that you said and the only that it Works was desable the scenarios that i was not going to use and now its runnig perfec, i guess it really is the overload in memories that does not let the scenario load.
 THANK YOU VERY MUCHU JIM... YOU SAFE MY HOME BASE SCENARIO.
Do you sugest any change to do on my Fsx or Computer in order to susteain this hight detail scenarios?

Hey!  Stop Hugging! :lol:   Glad your FSX is working again.  In the AVSIM CTD Guide I suggest disabling all of the scenery you will not be using during a flight session.  I recommend downloading the SceneryConfigEditor and then you can open that up before you even open up FSX and enable/disable any addon scenery you will or will not be using.  It's amazing how much faster FSX loads and FSX performs when you just have addon scenery you will be using for a flight enabled. 

 

I suggest you take a look at the AVSIM FSX Configuration Guide too for recommended fsx and display driver settings.  These settings work for most people.
