Did it land in your SPAM folder?  The email is usually instant, or at least within minutes.

Also note... Before your next reinstall, there is an option in the FMS to deactivate your license.  That way you will be able to reactivate the product without needing to submit a support ticket.

I meant the SPAM folder of your email client.  

 

Maybe the new ticket will solve the problem.
