Anyone understand Korean?

I am trying to locate a fellow developer who I hope is alright, and when I call his home phone in Seoul I am getting a message that I cannot understand.  If you speak Korean and have Skype please let me know here or PM.  It would probably take just a couple of minutes of your time.

Could the message be the greeting from an answering machine? Try to leave a short, clear message in simple English - name, phone number and country so he can get the right country code. Otherwise, be patient; sooner or later a Korean simmer will come along. Or, if you can record the Korean message, there must be Korean markets in San Diego where someone would be happy to translate.
