Engine sounds after cutoff

Hello everyone,

 

I have been having this problem since I bought the 737NGX. Whenever I cutoff the engines, and go to the outside view, and go back in, I keep hearing the engine sounds - and not at the level they were at before - more like 40~60%. I can verify that the engines are actually cutoff - the displays read 0% and on the outside view I can only hear the APU.

The sound only seems to stop after I either save the game or restart the simulation.

 

 

Are there any fixes for this, or any word from PMDG?

Yep.  It's an FSX bug.  Hit Q twice and that'll fix it.

have had the same problem...try hitting Q twice om your keyboard to switch sound off and on again, might resolve it temporarily. I dont know of a permanent fix.
