Is it worth upgrading GPU?

My current computer (specs below) I use to fly on Vatsim does a fairly good job with FSX, however I get some artifacts and microstutters from time to time and I was thinking of upgrading my GPU to a GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-4GD GeForce GTX 770 4GB. Will this help with the artifacts and microstutters? Also, I would like to migrate to P3D when the new pilot clients come out. Would the combination of the OC'd i7 950 processor and GTX 770 GPU handle P3D adequately? 

 

i7 950 Processor (4x 3.06GHz/8MB L3 Cache) - OC'd through the jumpers on the motherboard to 4.1

6 GB [2 GB X3] DDR3-1600 - Corsair Brand

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 - 1GB - Single Card

[sLI] MSI X58 PRO-E Motherboard

700 Watt – Power Supply

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium - 64-Bit
