speaking underwater in slow motion- sound problems

I have a new logitech headset that works perfect in skype, fs2crew,vox atc  however is inaudible using both squawk box and Fsinn 

 

I have tried both wave and direct sound options and it sounds like the title above.

 

Im wondering how is it possible ? are there known issues with certain headsets?

What is the model of the headset? Wired or wireless?

Its a logitech H340 usb wired
