Gsx and frame rates

Without knowing my computer specs, how much would you say that gsx ground services affects frame rates.

Maybe 1 possibly 2 FPS loss when vehicles are moving but that is about all I have noticed.

This question has been asked several times with the same answers. However, I have to add my own personal experience and that is, while I do not experience a frame rate hit, I do definitely experience additional CPU load. This shows itself as delayed texture loading around the terminal as GSX is in use and also not a smooth when moving any views.

Since FSDT provides a Demo for GSX and some other scenery products, it's easy as downloading and trying it stress free. GSX Demo will only work at 3 specific airports.

 

But that's enough to see what it does and how it fares with your machine.

Thanks guys, can someone tell me how a program like that with animations, doesn't cause a frame rate loss?
