Saitek Cessna Rudder Pedal Brakes

Before doing a routine upgrade of my system (MB Graphics RAM etc.) my Saitek pedals worked great. Never a problem from them. After restoring everything after the rebuild, the pedals started acting screwy. The brakes tend to remain on after actuating either differential braking, and/ or regular braking. To release them I have to engage the parking brake and release it. This is particurally annoying on landing, as you can imagine. I have everything set up in settings as it was before the rebuild. I've contacted Satek, and they went thru their scenario with me and told me the pedals are working like they're supposed to. Also I have to go back and recalibrate the pedals every 2-3 flights, or they tend to go wherever they want. I've read that it's because of duplicated assignments, but I've went back and made sure that the only other assignments for brakes were like with the period (.), which was never a problem before. I also had the auto rudder checked. That always worked good before as well. I have tried unchecking the autorudder, but it made no difference. I normally fly the Eaglesoft CJ1 & CE-X, both of which have the interconnect, and as with everything else, it worked great before the rebuild. Saitek says the add a tick in the reverse box during assignment, but that made no difference either. I'm all out of options. I was reading up on this FSUIPC, I have no idea what it is, but I'm gonna try that. btw I'm running Win 7 Home Prem. 64bit. FSX w/ Acceleration.

I read a post somewhere to set the sensitivity to 50%, and the null zone to zero. Problem solved.
