search party rogue AFCAD

Hi all

 

KORD by FSDT is on my buy list however the AI aircraft wont sit in their parking bays in the demo

 

Because the AI , Do sit correctly in default KORD , Im assuming that FSDT is picking up a rogue AFCAD?

 

My AI is by WOAI

 

so far I have 

 

1. unchecked all scenery in the library

2. searched for duplicates with AIRPORT SCANNER

3. searched KORD in all scenery files

 

so far i cant find another AFCAD. I believe that AI flight plans may also be responsible but I wouldn't know how to search for them

Sounds like the demo is using the default afcad..

 

Are you restarting the sim when you look at this or are you just enabling/disabling the demo in the Scenery Library without restarting the sim?

yes , Im not restarting the sim.

Even though you can make changes to the Scenery Library with the sim running it has been my experience that one thing that does not change is the afcad data.

 

I would restart the sim after activating the demo and test.

Your right there Joe! I disabled all the scenery for a quick look. KORD default was not there so I activated FSDT and the AI were still out of position.

 

Wouldn't that mean FSDT is aligning with an unknown Afcad?

I don't have the demo so maybe someone who does can give you more help.

 

I suspect the demo does not include an afcad and instead uses the default parking.
