MilViz Bell 407 now for P3D v2.2 available

Featured Replies

Been waiting for their 737 for V2.2

Isn't this released?

Check the website to be sure but I'm pretty sure that the v2.2 version has been released for a couple of weeks now.

  • The site was updated this morning and all v2 purchasers were sent their product links. FYI, if it says V2, that does include V2.2.  In fact, we were waiting on that release to be able to continue.

  • The configuration manager (external to P3D/FSX) allows you to set each livery up to either start cold-and-dark or ready-to-go.

I wasn't able to find an announcement anywhere.  I can see that purchase of the v2.2 version is allowed on their website but it was allowed before as well (pay & wait).

Anyone fly this helo in a multiplayer environment yet?  If so, have you had any troubles with it flooding the system or causing the sim to crash when other multiplayer participants are flying helos as well?

I am looking for a P3D helo that is multiplayer compatiable when others in the multiplayer session are also flying helos.

Thanks

Regards,

Done a little research,  The Milviz Name seems to be the Chopper of choice for PD3.  The Bell 407 and the MD530f,  both look fantastic.  Don't see the point of having all the fancy Orbtx scenery and just zipping past it.  I thought I would pick myself up a little Whirly and enjoy the view.    Not expecting detailed answers,  just wondering are you's happy with your purchase.

Got the 407 P3DV2 version on a Christmas sale for like $20 great for exploring Orbx and fairly easy to fly. It also has a force trim which is very nice to see in an heli for P3D/FSX

With the force trim you just move your stick to where you want it , click the button and it will hold the virtual stick in that position so you don't have to continually keep pressure on your real stick.

Overall very happy with it.

Yes I should of jumped on the sale, maybe a January sale might be close:) Thank you Steve for your feedback and tips.

What control setup do you need for a heli?
