I'd recommend you not do anything with Affinity Mask ... only exception being if you plan to run FRAPS or some other external process that is CPU intensive while you also run P3D.

Hey rob im glad we sorted that out. Now how about vsync settings. Which option do you recommend is it richard's settings or is it the adaptive vsync way

Wait do people actually apply tweaks for v2.x? I thought this was only necassary in FSX. 

Hey Rich , I finally bought p3d and its AWESOME . but i still haven't started to tweak it yet . i have seen another thread in p3d's forum about adaptive vsync . have you tried it . if so then what do you think about it ?

Hi Faisal I use vsync  and triple buffering - if you are using P3D V2.3 you do not add AM - leave it the way it is no tweaking needed anymore - I believe it has been optimized now

Hi richard , Ok i'll leave AM out of my cfg . I currently have vsync and triple buffering enabled in P3d 2.3 settings but I can still see tearing . is it cause i dont have windows aero ?

Love p3dv2 silky smooth on my system and looks great, running on windows 8.1, bad attitude from that xp developer i wont support it just on principal now, i didnt like it anyway lol
