Retro Fun in the Snow!

Recommended Posts

A quick hop from Denver, CO to Jackson Hole, WY aboard this retro Continental 739.

Flying this reminded me why I don't like flying in winter in FSX, it just doesn't look good to me (especially where snow meets non-snow areas). I don't think I have my graphics setup just right either which doesn't help (recently went through a major hardware change and full reinstall).

I think I have overprocessed some of these also! Ah well, live and learn!

Thanks for looking

I think those screenshots look PERFECT and realistic except the second screenshot which might have been too much.

Otherwise, all screenshots except second one look perfect and real snow!!

The first one is amazing because it looks like after a brief short snow.

impressive!!! All screenshots looks extremely realistic with all realistic looking snow stuff except screenshot number 2 that looks "far-fetched".

Enjoy your new scenery!! Does it require lots of computer horsepower?

Thanks! You can see the specs in my sig, I run with quite a lot of demanding addons and I find the FlightBeam stuff copes really well with it.
