Hello all.

Once I bought the 747-400X and it all worked out fine. Some time later I reinstalled FSX due to black screens. Then I installed the PMDG 747-400X again. Now when I enter the cockpit, I can't press any buttons. They're not reacting when I'm clicking on them. The battery hatch will not open, and the standby power switch will not move, and when I turn the APU switch to START, it just stays on START. It doesn't go back to ON.

I'm having problem with the PMDG options menu as well. There is no menu, even though the 747-400X is installed. I can't select any fuel, select joystick buttons, select sounds, etc.

I don't know what is going on. I've tried to reinstall the 747-400X over and over again. It didn't work.  :(

Now I can only fly the Cessna C172SP.  :(

Does anyone know how to fix this?  :Praying:

Looks like your dll.xml is corrupted. Can you post it?

Sorry, I'm pretty noob at this. :D But what is that file and where do I find it?

I did, and that didn't work..  :(

Are there another way to uninstall the aircraft? I don't think that the PMDG setup works properly..

The dll.xml looks alright. Did you try installing your aircraft addon as administrator?

I only know  2  ways using the installer or  going to your control panel under  add/remove option, and the other method which is not recommended to do is manually removing.

best bet if all fails  is to put in a support ticket  in

I did ask for a ticket: Let's just hope for a solution! :)
