PMDG FS9 747-400 Not Installing

I have done everything possible to get this installed. I've read through lots of forum entries and nothing has quite helped.

I have updated my copy of FS9 - I tried switching out the original FS9.exe - I have run Flight1's registry utility - Nothing helps.

What is the next thing to do?
