Will be interesting reading the full report.  Windshear alert means TOGA and Go-Around! Of course not wise in this situation.  Performance decreasing  Windshear  of 15kts!  No way was that approach stable even with Vref additives

Yeah, but imagine going Missed, only to run out of fuel! Not a good situation either. That's why Pilots deserve good salaries! Man... This is a tough job
