Unable to use/install

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone is able to help me here - it's quite frustrating!

I just purchased the Q400 from FSPilotShop. I then tried installing the software, but when I get to the order page (where to enter purchase information), I keep getting a "NO ORDER FOUND" message. I also tried logging into their "User area" but is getting a NO RECORD FOUND. ??

What am I suppose to do now? I just spend $60 on something, I can't use...

Their forums is currently offline (despite their Facebook-message, that it should be online)...

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,

Has your purchase been completed yet? You might find that your license isn't activated until your payment details have been confirmed.

Additionally, the Majestic forums have just been brought back online.

Okay. thanks alot! :)

I'll check... It says "Processed" at the account page - Don't know, if that means completed...

i guess, I was hoping to use this software when I purchased it... :(

Btw - NO, the Majestic forums, is not online - keep getting the same error...

Hmm.. It sounds like it has completed okay. You might want to give FSPS or Majestic a shout when you can, or keep trying. It may just take a little while to register in their system.

Apologies, it seems Majestic's post on Facebook has proven to be false. I'm sure they'll get that sorted quickly. B)

Thanks for the feedback! :)

I continue to get the same error when trying to access the forums...

Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in /home/majestic/public_html/forums/library/database/class.database.php on line 54 "

I've tried 3 different browsers now - all with the same results...

Trying to access:

Anyway - I've emailed support with regards to my original install-problem... so I hope it's sorted out fast! :)

Thanks again!
