hey have default airport buildings they show up trough the scenery, all these people have the same problem

I'm stuck with a solution because I don't know how to fix this issue

I'm having the same problems with trees. Default trees are standing in the middle of the runway.

In the design of EBBL I used an exclusion square with the option "ALL".

Do you still have that issue or did it work?

And if it works, how did you fix it?

Yes I have the same problem. A shame because your work is excellent and I thank you so much for sharing it. I am sure there is a simple answer and I look forward to seeing what it is.

Best wishes

In my limited experience having default features show up in custom scenery can result from not having an airport background polygon covering the area or the airport background polygon is not set to exclude autogen.  If the area in question is within the airport polygon and the polygon is excluding autgen, then perhaps try using an exclusion rectangle.

My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.

Hi guys,

thanks for the answers, I have looked to the afcad, and i saw that the background was flattened, but not excluded autogen

now I have set it to flatten and exclude autogen,

how can i Upload the afcad files here to test?

Just downloaded your fix but all sorts of strange things happened!

I lost all the other Cayman airports, the default building is still there and refreshing my Flightsim Commander database meant constant crashes.

I have download this scenery, thanks Morten for your work, and yes there are library buildings and generic buildings.

The solution is simple.

In ADEx use a "Exclusion Rectangle" and Exclude >> All

It's the one with the Yellow Square.

Use it over the whole airport and all the Generic buildings and Autogen building are gone.

BTW, I don't like to play with the original FSX files, can effected other airports to. like the APX26250.BGL

Any way the airport looks good. :Applause:

I found your fix for this "bleed through", downloaded it, backed-up my file in the 303 folder, rebuilt the scenery DB and still had the exact same problem. Did I miss something?

Hi Jan,

thanks for your advice

I going to work it out

and upload the afcad here

Hi Don,

You did'nt miss something, more people have this issue, and i'm busy with a solution for this issue

Hi guys,

try this afcad and report me how it works

https://www.dropbox.com/s/ma0rb01pi569swo/afcad.rar

Morten,

Your AFCAD working fine, only the "Exclusion Rectangle" is to big,it remove now the VOR antenna by the base of runway 08.

Make it no bigger as the runway length or some smaller.

But i think the people who have change the APX26250.bgl they must restore the original.
