registration after re install

Hello,

 

I am a builder cockpit.
http://737project.com/

 

I reinstalled rc4.
My cockpit is not connected to the Internet.

 

15 days since I send mail from my personal computer for the key ..
 

But no response.

What should he do?

Are you sure you bypassed jdtllc.com in your spam filters? Check your spam filters.

 

How did you create the registration e-mail since the RC PC is not on the Internet to send it. If your e-mail address has changed since your first registration, it will have to be handled manually. Include your original and new e-mail addresses and user name plus your RC product code including any "-" if present to jd_AT_jdtllc.com (use @ for _AT_) subject user update for registration explaining your circumstances. On a weekend it may take a couple of days for manual processing.

I have not changed address.

I copied manually and sent the code name + surname on mail to the address:

'register@jdtllc.com'

I send you another email with scan order this address :
jd_@_jdtllc.com

I tried many solution.
with space without space
with capital without capital
with another pc
I still have no answer.
so I can not use rc4
What you as an alternative?

well pat, every key request i've received has been processed.

 

 

In the future, for faster key generation, send an email with the following characteristics, and you will receive your key within 15 minutes:

 

Send the request to    register@jdtllc.com

 

The subject line should be     RCv4 Key Request

 

The body of the email should contain:

 

nnnnnnnnn ! Firstname  ! Lastname

 

Where nnnnnnnnn is the product id on the registration screen

 

 

 

 

 

If you are using vista or windows 7, start RC by right mouse clicking the .exe or shortcut, and clicking run as administrator

I sent the email generated by RC4.
And I still have NO RETURNS!

I DID FULL EFFORT
I speak English, I'm French.
I bought RC4.
I sent a lot of mail with
nnnnnnnnn! Firstname! Lastname .....

And the only answer is:

Send the request to register@jdtllc.com

I think you have a problem but do you
not bother, it's not normal.

Yesterday I received 3 keys to my rc4 :o :o :o .
I'll never know why.

RC4 works now. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

 

I can resume flights
