So... what happened to the E-3 announcement?

I haven't seen a word about Flight sim at all, and I just waded through the E3 website, not a peep about anyone picking up MS FS... has anyone heard anything or was it just another internet rumor?

Not rumor = The MS has sold some or all of Flight Simulator(s) rights to a licensee. Rumor = The name of the licensee might be named at E3. What hasn't been announced is when this information will be announced. Undo speculation is / was rampant.
