Old FSX problem is BACK

Recommended Posts

There are a couple of possibilities here that I can think of right now - one, do you have the highmemfix=1 in the Graphics section of your fsx.cfg? Second, do you have DX10 turned on. Many old aircraft made for other versions of FSX are not compatible with DX10. You can fix this if you want by installing Addon_Converter_X from FlightOne (they have a demo to make sure it works before you purchase). Other than that, I do not see any reason for the anomalies going from windowed to full screen.

Best regards,

Are you starting out in Windowed mode or Full-screen mode?  When you say an Old

Problem is Back, did you fix it before or did it just stop doing it?  Have you tried

going back to Windowed mode to see if it looks correct?  If it looks correct,

then hit pause (P) key and wait for 20 seconds, then un-pause and go to full

screen mode.  Definitely turn off DX10 and add the Highmemfix=1 to your

FSX.cfg.

Jim and Charliearon

Thanks for your help.

I deleted FSX.cfg file and forgot to insert  highmemfix=1 to new Fsx.cfg file. Now all OK.
