Manual for ATR and key assignments

Hello,

 

I bought Fs2Crew for the Flight1 ATR. But I cannot find something how I do set the main and secondary button for the ATR. At the avsim Commercial Utility Review I read that I have to set up dedicated keys to communicate with FS2Crew. But which are these keys?

PS.: I read the manual for three times!! I didn't find it
