Hey guys,

I bought these two earlier during the week.  Decided to do a quick flight starting from a parking position and I did not encounter any moving ground vehicles on both airports.  Pretty odd.  I believe they're advertised as having them.

 

I don''t think Vienna gives the typical FT enable/disable option to "boost" performance during installation.  I do remember when installing Dubai, the only things I left unchecked were center line lights, and default FS9 lights.

 

So is there only static ground vehicles for these airports?  I'm thinking I may have missed something during installation. 

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

I have OMDB, and only static vehicles. You are right that the FT website is not clear, but I do recall it being answered in the forum.

For sure, I use AES and it is well worth it.

Never tried AES.  For large, "dead" airports where AES is offered, does it include activity for the entire airport or does it just provide service to your a/c and its close proximity?

It will only service your plane. However, it includes moving jetways (with alarms) or stairs and buses for remote stands; cleaning service vehicle with animated personnel; catering service vehicles (up to three) with animated men that push the trolleys through the right hand a/c doors; fuel truck; de-ice and follow me vehicles.

 

Plus the ground handler and pushback truck.
