What does the +1.0 Gs supposed to mean.......

When I hit SHIFT + Z to get frame rates / coordinates cycle it also shows + 1.0 Gs. I have no idea what this means. I'm sure someone out there can enlighten me.

Greetings Rich!I think what you refer to is the indicating of G-forces (gravity, to put it quite simply and unscientifically) that the aircraft and its occupants experience. Do a bit of bobbing up and down, then you should see the the regular "+1" become slightly more or slightly less.Be well!Jaap Verduijn.

It means you're in unaccelerated flight and just feeling the acceleration due to gravity, which is normally given the symbol g.Try pulling back on the stick and see it increase - push forward and see it go negative.
