You may well have an out of date UEFI. UEFI/BIOS updates come thick and fast with a new platform. There could well have been updates in that time. Sometimes Asus release stability updates and sometimes bug fix's, and sometimes compatibility updates.

Doubt it's your problem though, still sounds like an unstable OC. Latest UEFI is always one of the steps when troubleshooting though.

OC is now turned off but the crashes wasn't cause of that i done this test --->

What would you simmers say loading up PMDG 737 ngx aircraft constantly or loading up the saved flights that came with it from PMDG was causing a stack hash CTD?

Well this week i have been practicing takeoffs and approaches with the pre saved tutorial 2 flights but after 10 minutes of loading up the flights (roughly 10 mins) i was getting CTD stack hash.

I would load it up wait till the count down timer had gone and off i go once done i would re load the flight and do it again but later on i would get a CTD.

I investigated more and tried it a different way by loading up fsx menus ie go to airport option, changing time, scenery sliders for 15 mins, way over the time with the PMDG.

Guess what? Nothing....not a single crash.

So i switch off my computer for 2 hours and do it all again and guess what same results!!!!

I then done another test with the 737 ngx choose aircraft option. Surprise surprise CTD just like the pre saved tutorial 2 flights.

I hope someone else can do this and prove it its not just me!

Check with your supplier before you even think about a BIOS upgrade.  Most suppliers of overclocked machines will cancel your warranty if you update the bios
