george3098 - First I suggest signing your full name as per forum rules, otherwise people will think that you have not legally purchased your PMDG 777.

 

Secondly, I suggest that you send a ticket to PMDG from the PMDG webpage.

And why have you asked the same question four times in the same place with different headings. Do you need that much attention when you are not following the forum rules???
