FSX Opens Minimized

Quick question, y'all. What would make FSX open minimized to the task bar? Situation: running MadDog Load Manager, choose a flight and the tutorial, and launch FSX from the MadDog manager. Splash screen comes up, scenery load bar comes up, EZCA opens (to the task bar), and then....

 

Blank screen, windowed mode - task bar with FSX and EZCA icons at bottom.  I can open FSX by right clicking on the FSX icon and selecting "Maximize." But FSX does not open to a window with my A/C, in the cockpit, at my location.

 

Any time I open FSX normally, everything works, but it seems that launching it from the MadDog manager minimizes the set-up automatically.  What kind of setting would do that?
