Wind Problem

Hello everyone.I have one question about fsx weather.While Im going perfectly in sky its like a strong wind hits to the plane and suddenly my speed increases 40 knot and i get overspeed warning from cockpit..I dont know why is this happening you guys got any idea i would be really appreciate :) Thanks a lot!

Disable the winds aloft feature in the weather settings - alternatively, use a weather engine like ASN or FSGRW.   It is a known issue with FSX weather unfortunately.

Or get FSUIPC its not expensive it has wind smoothing, works ok within the limitations of fsx,
