Display panels are not responding!

Hallo avsimers! 2 days ago i bought 747-400X pmdg aircaft and when i tried my first flight after 2-3 hours the display panels in Virtual cockpit were not responding, and i mean that they are not indicating right information, it was just like a snapshot of the display! 

Please help me!
