737 NG spoilers retraction

Hello

When FMC requires drag, I press the forward slash down. When no more drag is required, the message diasappears, and I can retract the spoilers. I press the forward slash down again, but, very often, the spoilers don't retract. Retraction is erratic. Some few times it works, but generally it does'nt.

Therefore, I must open the Throttle panel, and manually pull up the command, then close the T panel.

It's very disturbing to add this command in the various approach maneuvers, as much as I have a one-screen cfg!

Anybody can help me to easily retrieve the spoilers?
